Stuck On the Interstate
*sigh* I'm sitting here, cooling my jets. Some nitwit, half a mile ahead, decided to biff it with a couple of big rigs. Good thing I'm not in a big hurry. *double sigh*
Hello, I am curious... How far do your flatbed loads take you? And do you ever get worried about what you are carrying? My gf just became a trucker. (Literally.) She just finished her orientation, and now is waiting on a trainer. She is terrified of flatbed trucking. Says it's a lot more dangerous than driving non-flatbed trucks. Do you agree?
Thank you so much for an informative blog. I have read all your posts, and plan on keeping up with it. :-) I even gave my gf your tip about the "flashing lights" to let other truckers know they can cut in. :-)
