Isn't This The Best Truck Ad Ever??

I'm not a big bread fan but this truck-side ad made me want to hunt down a loaf and give it a try! Wonder what "Spelt" bread is?? Sounds kinda interesting. Hope it doesn't have anything to do with fish...or is that"sMelt?" Hmmmm....

    I think spelt is another cereal type grain but it's grown in warmer climates if I remember right. It's supposed to be great for you and ok for people with gluten allergies etc. Don't take my word for it though. I did try some spelt pasta once, I liked it quite a bit.

    Spelt is a grain, kind of like wheat, it hasn't been 'hybridized' like wheat so its better for you.
    I use it a lot.
