It's called Steak Tampico or Tampaneco or Tampax or something but it's a helluva steak with chili's and all sorts of good stuff on it.
I tried it at Lake Point, UT, where the waitstaff still actually tries to please the customer, and was very pleasantly surprised.
If you get a chance, give this dish a shot, I think you'll like it. Lord knows that Flying J needs all the help they can get in doing something right, eh??
